I just got the 2.1.2 version and realized I didn't follow up well
enough on this issue. You created a StatusStream interface but I
needed a TwitterStream interface.

I'll retire concrete constructors of TwitterStream, Twitter and AsyncTwitter on version 2.2.0.
They'll be just interfaces.
